Postmenopausal woman with average risk of developing breast cancer presented with redness of the skin over the right breast and lump in the same area. The duration of breast lump was 2 years whereas the duration of skin changes were for past 7 days. On clinical examination, a hard lump was palpable in the central quadrant of the right breast with overlying skin thickening.

Postmenopausal woman with increased risk of developing breast cancer in view of family history presented with acute-onset left mastalgia and unilateral breast enlargement of the left breast. On examination, the left breast showed an area of acute tenderness and lumpish feel in the upper outer quadrant.

Postmenopausal woman with average risk of developing breast cancer presented with a lump in the left breast. On clinical examination, she had a hard lump palpable in the upper quadrant of the left breast and another large lump in the left axilla suggestive of palpable axillary nodes.
