Examination revealed a hard 3 cm lump in the right lower quadrant extending into the retroareolar region. Lymph nodes in the axillae were palpable on the right side.	5 (Highly Suggestive of Malignancy)
2 Case:051		78	Postmenopausal woman with average risk of developing breast cancer presented with pain and a lump in the left breast of duration 1 month. Examination revealed a hard lump 4 cm in diameter in the left breast.	5 (Highly Suggestive of Malignancy)
