1 Case:184		70	Postmenopausal woman with average risk of developing breast cancer presented with a left breast lump. Examination revealed a hard lump in the outer quadrant of the left breast.	5 (Highly Suggestive of Malignancy)
2 Case:186		74	Postmenopausal woman with average risk of developing breast cancer presented with a right breast lump noticed more than 2 years ago. She now also had right nipple retraction.	5 (Highly Suggestive of Malignancy)
3 Case:122		68	Postmenopausal woman with increased risk of developing breast cancer because of a family history of breast cancer presented with excoriation of the left nipple with minimal serous nipple discharge. Examination did not reveal any lumps in the breast.	bilateral: 4C High suspicion for malignancy
