2 Case:078		65	Postmenopausal woman with average risk of developing breast cancer presented with right nipple–areolar ulceration and itching. On clinical examination, a hard lump was felt in the right breast in the retroareolar region.	5 (Highly Suggestive of Malignancy)
3 Case:122		68	Postmenopausal woman with increased risk of developing breast cancer because of a family history of breast cancer presented with excoriation of the left nipple with minimal serous nipple discharge. Examination did not reveal any lumps in the breast.	bilateral: 4C High suspicion for malignancy
