Postmenopausal woman with increased risk of developing breast cancer in view of family history of breast cancer presented with a lump in the left breast. Examination revealed a hard irregular lump 2 cm in diameter in the upper quadrant of the left breast.

Postmenopausal woman with average risk of developing breast cancer presented with right nipple retraction of duration 4 months. She had also noted a lump in the right breast a month before presentation. Examination revealed a hard lump, 6 cm in diameter, fixed to the rest of the breast tissue but not to the underlying muscles. Axilla was unremarkable.

Postmenopausal woman with increased risk of developing breast cancer was on close clinical as well as mammography follow-up because of a history of cancers of the breast, larynx, colon, and uterus. She presented with a lump in the right breast. Examination revealed an irregular lump in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast.
