1 Case:123		69	Postmenopausal woman with average risk of developing breast cancer presented with redness of skin over the left breast upper quadrant. Examination revealed redness of the skin around nipple–areolar complex in the upper half of the left breast and an enlarged and palpable left axillary nodal mass.	5 (Highly Suggestive of Malignancy)
