Reporting and final assessment categories – Report template

The breast imaging findings should be documented using the BI-RADS Lexicon (5th edition; 2013). The findings noted on standard four-view mammogram, additional mammographic views if any, and the information obtained on supplementary breast ultrasound are all compiled together in the breast imaging report.
