Before application of acetic acid: Thick cheesy white discharge sticking to the surface of the cervix is suggestive of candidiasis.

Remarks: The acetowhite areas far away and detached from the SCJ are flat condylomata caused by infection with low-risk HPV types. Management of candidiasis is suggested.
