After application of acetic acid: A thin acetowhite patch attached to the SCJ is seen at the 4Ė7 oíclock position. A satellite lesion is present in the TZ at the 8 oíclock position.

After application of Lugolís iodine: The acetowhite areas appear patchy yellow.
Determined eligibility for ablative treatment:
|Remarks: Lugolís iodine sharply demarcates the area to be treated. The small satellite lesion detached from the SCJ on the posterior lip does not need to be treated.|
