Age: 35

Before application of acetic acid: Multiparous cervix. A nabothian cyst is visible as a pearly white swelling at the 12 o’clock position on the ectocervix.

Cervix before application of acetic acid:

Nabothian cyst

After application of acetic acid: The SCJ is fully visible. The nabothian cyst helps to identify the outer limit of the TZ. No acetowhite area in the TZ.
