  • Ectropion

After application of acetic acid: The granular texture of normal columnar epithelium is prominent. A transparent acetowhite area with sharp angular margins is seen attached to the SCJ.

After application of acetic acid: On the posterior lip, a thin acetowhite area with a smooth sharp margin and attached to the SCJ is seen.

  • Cervix after application of acetic acid:

  • Histopathology: Posterior lip: LSIL-CIN1; Anterior lip: LSIL-HPV changes
