Before application of acetic acid: Mucus is seen at the external os. A small polyp is present.
Cervix before application of acetic acid:

After application of acetic acid: A large dense acetowhite area with sharp margins is seen occupying all four quadrants of the cervix. The SCJ is fully visible.

After application of Lugol’s iodine: The margins of the lesion are sharply delineated by the colour contrast between the yellow abnormal epithelium and the brown normal epithelium.
Determined eligibility for ablative treatment:
Histopathology: HSIL-CIN2
Remarks: Large lesions occupying all four quadrants of the cervix are not suitable for treatment by ablative methods.
