Determined eligibility for ablative treatment:
Remarks: A dense acetowhite area with well-demarcated margins indicates the presence of high-grade disease. Application of Lugolís iodine helps to delineate the abnormal area by providing a sharp colour contrast. Such large lesions are not suitable for treatment by ablation.
