Before application of acetic acid: A nodular growth is present on the anterior lip, with bleeding on contact.
Cervix before application of acetic acid:
Infective vaginal discharge: Strawberry appearance of cervix Cervicitis Polyp Bleeding on contact White patch Growth Ulcer Erosion
After application of acetic acid: Dense acetowhite areas are visible on the growth. Surface irregularity is prominent. The multiple red patches are eroded areas.
