After application of Lugol’s iodine: The bright yellow iodine-negative area sharply delineates the abnormal area to be treated.

Determined eligibility for ablative treatment:

Histopathology: HSIL-CIN2

Remarks: Lesions occupying more than 75% of the ectocervix and partially extending into the endocervical canal are not suitable for treatment by ablative methods.
