Age: 36

Before application of acetic acid: A nabothian cyst is present close to the external os at the 4 o’clock position.

Cervix before application of acetic acid:

Nabothian cyst

After application of acetic acid: The nabothian cyst appears as a glistening white prominent blister on the surface of the cervix. The SCJ is fully visible. No acetowhite area in the TZ.

Histopathology: Not done

Remarks: Nabothian cysts can sometimes be large. This does not interfere with ablation.
