Remarks: The acetowhite area at 12 o’clock position is separated from the SCJ, has angular margins and is bright white in colour. On close inspection a small satellite lesion is also seen. The features are typical of flat condyloma. If mucus is thick, gentle manipulation using a small moist cotton swab helps to visualize the SCJ adequately.
