Provisional diagnosis: Type 1 transformation zone; low-grade Squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) with ectropion.

Management: Punch biopsy from 11 o’clock position.

Histopathology: Normal.

Comment: Acetowhite areas due to metaplasia are sometimes indistinguishable from low-grade lesions.
