    Provisional diagnosis: Type 1 transformation zone; normal.
     
    Management: Routine screening after 5 years.
     
    Histopathology: Not done.
     
    Comment: Metaplasia is almost complete. The presence of a large number of crypt openings and patches of transparent acetowhite indicate the extent of the transformation zone, which is very large.
