Provisional diagnosis: | Type 1 transformation zone; subclinical papilloma virus infection (SPI). |
Management: | Punch biopsy may be taken from the lesion at 12 o’clock position because the lesion arises from the squamocolumnar junction. |
Histopathology: | LSIL-HPV changes. |
Comment: | SPI does not require any treatment. The woman should be advised to undergo repeat screening after 5 years. |
