    Case Summary
Provisional diagnosis: Type 1 transformation zone; subclinical papilloma virus infection (SPI).

Management: Routine screening after 5 years.

    Histopathology: LSIL-HPV changes.

Comment: The characteristics of SPI are thin/transparent acetowhite areas with irregular geographic margin, satellite lesions, and fine mosaics. SPI does not have any neoplastic potential, and no treatment is required.
