    Case Summary
    Provisional diagnosis: Type 1 transformation zone; leukoplakia (idiopathic).
     
    Management: Punch biopsy from the leukoplakia closest to the SCJ.
     
    Histopathology: Normal.
     
    Comment: Leukoplakia was idiopathic in this case. There was no change after applying acetic acid. No abnormal vascular pattern was seen.
