Provisional diagnosis: Type 2 transformation zone; leukoplakia.

Management: Punch biopsy may be obtained from the bigger lesion. Biopsy may be omitted because both lesions are outside the transformation zone.

Histopathology: LSIL-HPV changes.

Comment: Leukoplakia may be induced by HPV infection.
