Provisional diagnosis: Type 1 transformation zone; low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL).

Management: Punch biopsy from 1 o’clock position.

Histopathology: LSIL-CIN1.

Comment: Differentiating between LSIL and acetowhitening due to immature metaplasia is sometimes impossible without histopathology.
