    Case Summary
    Provisional diagnosis: Type 1 transformation zone; normal with pregnancy-induced changes.
     
    Management: Repeat colposcopy 3 months after delivery.
     
    Histopathology: Not done.
     
    Comment: In advanced pregnancy metaplastic changes become more prominent and metaplastic epithelium appears more dense white.
