Mullerian papilloma This tumour is composed of papillary excrescences lined by mucous-secreting epithelium with foci of squamous metaplasia. The epithelium is supported by a dense cellular fibrous tissue composed of spindle-shaped and stellate fibroblasts. Histopathology atlas
