Multiple myeloma is a malignant neoplasm resulting from the abnormal proliferation of plasma cells. Patients with multiple myeloma can have pain and numbness of the jaw and pathological fracture. Oral hairy leukoplakia and candidiasis can also be seen. These patients can develop macroglossia due to amyloid deposit.
