HSIL with features suspicious for invasion
The Bethesda System 2001: HSIL with features suspicious for invasion. The most important cytological features that could suggest invasion are: the presence of severely dyskaryotic cells in pseudo syncytial groups with nuclear crowding and overlapping, irregular chromatin, prominent nucleoli. Focal tumour diathesis.
