Endocervical adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS): atypical columnar endocervical cells, with enlarged, elongated and hyperchromatic nuclei. Feathering is present. Note the presence of nuclei attached to the cell group by a cytoplasmic filament (arrow). (obj. 20x)
