the nuclei are pretty much uniform, there's no overlapping of nuclei and you can figure out the polarity of the cells

metaplastic or repair cells

See this figure I agree that this condition is not carsinoma but I saw there ate few cells that have a vacuola in their cytoplasm..is it a coilocyte or what? thanks
