Provisional diagnosis: | Type 3 transformation zone; suspicion of early invasive cancer. |
Management: | Multiple punch biopsies from the anterior and posterior lips of the cervix. |
Histopathology: | HSIL-CIN3. |
Comment: | LLETZ (type 3 excision) was performed on the basis of the histopathology report. Post-LLETZ histopathology showed CIN3 with a single focus of microinvasive cancer. |
