| Provisional diagnosis: | Type 1 transformation zone; subclinical papilloma virus infection (SPI). |

| Comment: | The characteristics of SPI are thin/transparent acetowhite areas with irregular geographic margin, satellite lesions, and fine mosaics. SPI does not have any neoplastic potential, and no treatment is required. |
