TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE PRESENTATION
This presentation was developed to function directly on your web browser (Internet explorer or Mozilla Firefox). To date these presentations are not compatible with the new Google Chrome browser.
To be able to read it, you need to install on your computer the free Macromedia Shockwave player (automatically installs when you click on the presentation link). This software is also available on the Macromedia website at the following address: (Macromedia website).
You only need to install the Macromedia Shockwave player the first time you launch the presentation. The installation process will not be repeated when you access these resources from the same computer. Macromedia may occasionally send you messages to ask you to update your Shockwave player.

2. No sound during the presentation:
Before starting the animation be sure that the volume (Wave and Volume control) is not turned down on your computer and turn up the volume level.
You can adapt the volume during the presentation with the Windows volume control.
3. Size of the presentation:
The presentation is optimised for a screen size of 800x600 pixels.
4. Internet speed:
To access these presentations we recommend using a fast modem, ADSL, ISDN or T1 connection to the Internet (Shockwave content will be downloaded to your computer more quickly).
At the moment the multimedia presentation is only available in English.
