LSIL in your country?

In your country you would report this as LSIL? LSIL occur in intermediate/superficial cells with slight alterations to atypia. No way this comes close to LSIL. Look at how elevated the N/C ratio is. The nucleus is nearly naked. And look how small the cell relatively compared to the other cells in the smear. If anything at minimum, you would rate this is moderate dysplasia, placed with HSIL.
