HSIL with tumour Diathesis pleomorphic cells with enlarged nuclei.naked nuclei seen.

Why should we mention intermediate or para basal cells . Atypical cells with enlarged nuceli and irregular nuclei and hyperchromatic nuclei with granular chromatin. Tumour diathesis evidenced by a dirty background
