Métaplasie immature + irrégulière

les cellules sont de la dimension des cellules de réserve et de ce point de vue, le rapport noyau/cytoplasme n' est plus assez élevé pour typer une HSIL malgré l' hyperchromatisme nucléaire.Ce qui est plus fréquent est de rencontrer les phénomènes de métaplasie immature à ce stade, cette dérniere peut donner l'imge d' un faux positif dans le cas d'un frottis inflammatoire comme le notre.

Células metaplásicas imaturas

Esfregaço com células metaplásicas imaturas ( ou células de reserva )com irregularidades provenientes do exsudato inflamatório o qual deveria ser tratado para se ter um diagnóstico posterior final.
