Differentiate between EM's and EC's
Reviewer: Cytotechnology Students
You can differentiate from EM's and EC's by the nucleus. The Endometrials nucleus is smaller than an intermediate and the endocervical nucleus is the same size or larger than an intermediate nucleus.
