There appears to be a significant tumor diathesis component to this slide suggesting a squamous cell carcinoma. It seems that most of the partcipants on this site agrees that it is more than HSIL.

I beleive this lesion has more squamous cell carcinoma features than HSIL (at least if this field is representative of the whole slide). There is significant cell dissociation, the pleomorphism is more conspicuous than for normal HSILs (suggesting SCC), some cells are even bizarre not to mention the queratinization and diathesis.
